Purpose of the Role - - To learn and gain experience in allocated plant process, operation and equipment.
- To perform Field operation Activities under supervision of assigned Field Executive adhering To all established safety procedures and guidelines.
- Systematically develop competency for taking independent charge of Field Executive position

Responsibilities -
- HSE Know-How and Compliance -
- Learn HSE Procedures, Policy and Guidelines (Viz- PTW, TBRA, TBT, Plant Specific Hazards & Control, Risk Register & mitigation etc) for performing Field Executive position Jobs and follow these Safety Requirements at all the time
- Identify potential safety hazards in field and rectify or report it to get it rectified.
- Handle hazardous materials and plant wastes in accordance with established protocols.
- Get trained for Emergency handling and Act as a first responder to emergencies, ensuring swift and effective action to mitigate risks and ensure the safety of personnel and equipment.
- Sign off on permits after ensuring they are free from hazards and align with safety requirements.
- Coordinate with the safety in-charge to ensure permit-related processes are followed and documented accurately.
- Read and understand P&ID,PFD, Cause & Effect Diagram.
- Read and Understand respective allocated plants Operating Manual, SOP's, Emergency Procedures etc.
- Build technical competence to take independent charge of Field Executive Position.
- Develop Skills to use relevant IT systems as per Job requirements.
- Equipment Monitoring and Maintenance -
- Monitor and control field equipment using Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Standard Operating Conditions (SOCs), LLF checklists, and On-Demand Readings (ODR) instruments.
- Collect and deliver samples from the field for laboratory testing.
- Maintain accurate logs and records related to the respective area/equipment, ensuring timely documentation and systematic HOTO.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as field executives and shift field engineers to facilitate smooth plant activities.
- Work closely with contractors to ensure effective communication and execution of tasks, while maintaining safety standards.
- Continuous Improvement & Knowledge Enhancement: -
- Continuously identify opportunities for improvement in operational processes and safety procedures.
- Stay updated with the latest safety guidelines, management methodologies (TQM, EFQM, QCC, 5S), and technical knowledge relevant to the field.
Necessary: Diploma in relevant engineering discipline
- Familiarity with field locations and plant equipment.
- Proficiency in using On-Demand Reading (ODR) devices.
- Basic troubleshooting skills and understanding of minor maintenance tasks
