Job Responsibilities :

To coordinate with the consultant architect for getting the efficient, aesthetic and economic designs for various Group Housing, residential plots and any other Buildings.
To check the Architectural, services and other drawings received from the consulting Architect and give inputs.
To calculate and give the Carpet area, Super Area and other areas required by the marketing team.
To get the perspective views and Models prepared by the consultants/ Architect.
To submit the various drawings to the approving authorities and get the drawings approved from the Authorities.
To prepare and submit the application for HRERA registration and provide all the data required for the same. After the registration is received, to prepare & submit the quarterly HRERA compliances.
To coordinate with the consultant and to get the Good for working drawings issued to the site on timely manner.
Site visits and coordination with the PMC team, Execution team and the contractors for successful implementation of the project at site.
To do all the compliances for the Building plan permissions received.
To attend all the issues related to Building plan designs, coordination, approvals and site implementation from inception to completion. In case of requirement, to get the drawings and designs prepared in house for discussion and release to the site.
