Job Responsibilities :
.
- Demonstrated success in managing and delivering large-scale projects
- Manage and oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards
- Develop and implement construction strategies to meet project timelines and budget constraints
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or delays
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely and efficient project execution
- Implement and enforce best practices in construction management, including risk mitigation and quality control
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to drive innovation and continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and building codes
Education Requirement :
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirement :
- 12 - 18 years Construction experience. Preferably worked on major building projects with superior finishes elements. A minimum of 2 projects such as 5 star hotel, Hospitals / Club / Mall / Luxury Residences.
- Overseas Experience is desirable
