• Model Creation and Maintenance - Develop and manage 3D BIM models for various project stages, including conceptual, schematic, detailed design, and construction phases.
• Coordination - Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure model accuracy and resolve clashes.
• Standards Compliance - Adhere to company and project-specific BIM standards, guidelines, and protocols.
• Documentation - Generate 2D drawings, schedules, and reports from the BIM model as required.
• Clash Detection and Resolution - Conduct clash detection analysis using software like Navisworks and communicate solutions to the project team.
• Rendering and Visualization - Create photorealistic renderings, animations, and virtual walkthroughs to support client presentations and design reviews.
• Training and Support - Assist team members in understanding and using BIM tools effectively.

• Graduate from Degree  Bachelors in Engineering or Architecture (any discipline)

1 To 3 years experience in BIM Modelling.
