Job Responsibilities :

.

  • Conduct Project site visits to audit RPMG and contractor personnel compliance with the RPMG HSE Management System and Plans. Keep the track of recommendations compliance status.
  • Co-ordinate departmental Audit and Training activities maintain records and ensure proper tracking.

  • Assist Lead HSE in preparation of site HSE Management System.

  • Assist RPMG Project Management in the implementation and monitoring of the HSE Management System.

  • Responsible to co-ordinate activities in the areas allotted, to conduct HSE audits and trainings.

  • Provide necessary feedback to HOD HSE regarding Project HSE issues and performance.

  • Assist to Lead HSE and HOD HSE in development of training course material, presentations and deliver training.

  • Co -ordination with Project team regarding training need of their Project.

  • Assist to Lead HSE and HOD HSE in preparing reports like incident weekly /monthly MIS reports.

  • Prepare HSE communications, Publications, Alerts, etc.

  • Co -ordination with Project HSE for different promotional activities, motivational schemes, award programs etc.

  • Update RPMG Group resources as online portals

  • Other related duties/functions as assigned by RPMG HSE HOD

Education Requirement :

          Required:

  • Graduate/ Post Graduate in Science, Engineering, Technology with Post Graduate/ Diploma in Industrial Safety from a recognized University / board.

          Desirable:

  • Master's degree in HSE related field
  • International/ National HSE certification

Experience Requirement :

          Required:

  • 3 to 5 years of HSE related experience on construction project.

Skills & Competencies :

  • Understanding of incident prevention principles
  • Knowledge of applicable laws, statutory provisions and standards pertaining to HSE in construction.

  • Skill in effective report writing and preparation of MIS reports.

  • Skills in Hazards identification and Risk Assessment techniques.

  • Effective communication for co -ordination with Project team and contractors.

  • Computer and software skills to include the use of word processing and email as well as the intermediate use of spread sheets and electronic presentations.

  • Effective oral and written communication skills.

  • Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner.
