Job Responsibilities :
.
- Comply with the company#s safety protocols at all times.
- Understand Organization priority on safety and highlight any safety risk on the equipment.
- Participate in projects related to safety improvement
- Ensure optimum utilization of equipment and process stability.
- Contribute proactively in continuous learning and improvement activities
- Contribute actively in key project such as cost reduction, yield improvement, Cpk improvement, new product/process development, new machine qualification, production optimization, cycle time improvement and new material evaluation/ qualification
- Perform other duties as assigned# duties will vary according to the project progress and/or the specific goals of the division
Education Requirement :
- Minimum 5 # 7 years of experience in manufacturing environment
Experience Requirement :
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent
Skills & Competencies :
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Meticulous and detailed-oriented
- Dynamic & committed with proactive working attitude
- Highly motivated and a team player
- Hands-on experience in tools like PDCA, Visual performance chart, SPC added advantage
- Familiar with root cause analysis and troubleshooting of line issues.
- Knowledge in 5S Housekeeping, Environmental and Safety legislation is an advantage
- Knowledge in fabrication and assembly process is an advantage
