• Purpose of the Role - The Research Scientist is responsible for contributing to research and development programs by applying advanced scientific knowledge to solve complex technical problems. The individual works closely with cross-functional teams to translate research outcomes into scalable solutions.
• Key Responsibilities 
1. Design and execute experiments, simulations, or studies aligned with project objectives 
2. Analyze experimental data and generate insights, conclusions, and recommendations 
3. Conduct literature reviews and technology scans to support research direction 
4. Develop and optimize processes, materials, or formulations (as applicable)

7. Identify and troubleshoot technical challenges during experimentation 
8. Maintain accurate and structured records of experiments and results 
9. Support scale-up, validation, and implementation of developed solutions

PhD in Engineering / Science
(e.g., Chemical, Polymer, Materials, Mechanical, Biotechnology, or related disciplines)

3. Publications, patents, or thesis work in relevant domain preferred
