• The primary role will be to facilitate the Construction on site, problem solving, removing bottle necks and working across various levels of all stakeholders / parties / contractors / consultants and RIL departments
• Will be responsible for the physical delivery of the Component / Area as per Schedule, Safety and Quality desired by RIL. He will facilitate the Works within his Area for various Vendors / contractors and manager overall sequencing of the delivery coordinating various trades contractors.
• Leading and allocating work to the team defining clearly the role & responsibility to be performed by each team member.
• Managing sub-contractors, vendors and coordinating with Design Team, Principal Contractor, Project Management Team
• Assisting the sub-contractors, vendors with all issues faced by them and playing an active role in assisting them for resolution of the same with any party. This includes interface management with other vendors, technical details, engineering and submittals, coordination with Procurement & Contracts group.
• Should demonstrate excellence in coordination, experience in use of Shop Drawings, and estimation of various work elements.
• Should possess knowledge of various Construction materials and systems.
• Guiding the Planning dept for release of scope to construction site and effective monitoring of the construction schedule.
• Recommending common guidelines across the various projects.
• Adopting effective cost control techniques.
• Regular review of the progress and trouble shooting in case of delays.
• Providing feedback on various contractors & vendors.
• Coordination with other depts. like Engineering, Design, Procurement, Commercial, HR etc. for all the needs & requirement pertaining to the project.
• Issuing guidelines for Manpower and ensure optimum utilization of Manpower & other resources.
• Ensuring implementation of all statutory requirements pertaining to the construction work thus ensuring that there is no delay in the construction work due to legal matters.
• Giving all necessary technical inputs, reports, clarification to all the depts. involved in the project / construction activity.
• Identify critical paths/ activities and directing the Work effort within the Area as per
• Evaluating of procurement cost Budget.
• Ensure 100 percent adherence to Safety and Quality norms and related training to all employees and contractors.
• To ensure protection of completed works till handover of the Project.
• Ensure achieving the desired quality and should be able to handover the Project as per stipulated handover procedures

• B.E / B. Tech Civil
• Post-Graduation in Construction Management is preferred.

• 18 - 22 years Construction experience. Preferably worked on major building projects with superior finishes elements. A minimum of 2 projects such as 5 star hotel, Hospitals / Club / Mall / Luxury Residences.
• Overseas Experience is desirable
