Job Responsibilities :
.
Responsible for maintaining subsea assets maintenance/ integrity, uptime, fitness for purpose, and compliance with statutory/regulatory requirements with the objective of maintaining the subsea asset to the best industry standards - Responsible for performing and non-performing asset maintenance/ integrity & compliance with all statutory requirements
- Responsible for ensuring all assets/ pipelines/ facilities are Fit for Purpose
- Responsible for the implementation of integrity management plan (IMP)
- Prepare, Develop and update Corrosion Management Strategies and Risk Based Assessments.
- Execute Corrosion related data collation, identify credible corrosion threats, un mitigated corrosion rate/ erosion rate modelling through inhouse available tools
- Responsible for preparation, updation of procedures for Cathodic Protection Testing of Pipelines, General Visual Inspection, Ultrasonic Testing of above ground piping, Pig Launching Receivers and facilitate execution of inspection
- Responsible for Operational Integrity checks of Safety Critical Elements, Sand Management.
- Responsible for maintaining the Field Anomaly Reports (FAR) for known anomalies
- Responsible for performance of Root Cause Analysis and implementation of recommendations
- Responsible for performance of engineering assessments, preparation of reports, recommendation of remedial measures
- Responsible for updating total IM process in SAP (Asset Integrity Portal)
- Responsible for preparation of SOW and coordinate procurement process
- Ensuring the availability and reliability of critical rotary equipment as per defined KPIs
- Mentoring and developing of subordinates
- Data Management and Reporting - Interface with all disciplines to obtain operational/ process data: including DCS/ Asset Control System, function test data for Safety Critical Elements (SCSSV, SSIV) in order to prepare periodic status reports on Asset Integrity status for all assets.
Education Requirement :
Bachelor/ Master#s Degree in engineering
Experience Requirement :
10 years of experience in Oil & Gas industry out of which 4 years in Maintenance activities/ Asset Integrity/ Asset Quality administration and control preferred.
Accreditations/ additional qualifications from renowned agencies viz NACE/DNV are preferable (Acquired degrees not acceptable unless there is special consideration wrt experience and/or expertise).
Skills & Competencies :
- In depth knowledge on plant equipments and should be able to troubleshoot and support to overhauls
- Effective Spares and contract management
- Good Communication, Decision making & Analytical skills
- Commitment to safe working practices, proactive approach to problem solving
- Good understanding of relevant International codes and standards relevant to system design, fabrication, installation, operation and asset integrity management;
- Familiar with regulatory framework and statutory compliances; Working knowledge on O&G production systems;
- Knowledge and experience of implementing and maintaining the Integrity Management process; Inspection techniques; Risk Assessment and Management.
