Job Responsibilities :

- Manage end to end multi-function projects of strategic importance
- Lead and motivate the team, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth and their ability to function effectively
- Effectively mentor, train and supervise team members
- Associates with special projects may have wider organizational impact
- Ability to generate new ideas and provide unique perspective to the issue under consideration
- Ability to do detailed analysis of information / MIS reports to draw insights for Chairman / Executive Committee
- Highly professional individual exhibiting highest level of integrity in handling confidential information
- Ability to confidently deal with senior professionals within & outside the company
Education Requirement :
- MBA from a reputed Tier I institute (desirable)
- Graduated from a reputed university / college, preferably from Engineering Background
Experience Requirement :
- 12 to 15 years of work experience

- Good communication skills, both written & verbal
- Strong financial and business knowledge
- Have outstanding problem-solving skills & ability to multi task
- Ability to achieve performance targets and meet deadlines in a fast paced & challenging environment
