The Summer Internship Programme at Reliance has been designed to draw the management students imagination and creativity, as well as their ability to analyse information, draw conclusions and present results.

• Effectively assess the problem statement/project statement, derive valuable insights through industry benchmarking or data provided internally and arrive at plausible recommendations/solutions
• Recommend and (or) oversee end to end execution of project, if possible
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of his/her project
• Develop mutually benefiting partnerships with internal/ external stakeholders by establishing trusting relationships

• Working knowledge of software applications for analysis and reporting like MS-Excel, MS-Word, PowerPoint etc.
• Good analytical and research capabilities with an ability to challenge conventional thinking.
• The candidate should be in the first year of the MBA programme, pursuing Masters degree in Management from a premier B-School
• Should be open to work at a plant (manufacturing location)
• Approximately 0-3 years experience in a corporate environment; the internship is open to candidates with no prior experience as well.
