Job Responsibilities :

• Business Process Understanding and solution designing
• Provide the Support of Business Applications to End Users
• Understanding, Mapping and Configuration of Textile Business process with ERP/INTEX.
• Understanding of Users requirements and Mapping with relevant data, documentation and preparation of System requirement specification.
• SQL # Tables usage
• Issue log and trouble tickets management
• Escalation and coordination of Issues with solution provider/vendor

Education Requirement :

B.E. / B. Tech (Any discipline) 

Experience Requirement :

1-6 years experience
