      As per the responsibility designated, Jetty Officer job accountabilities are as below:

1. Supervise jetty crew for safe mooring and unmooring operation at jetty berths
2. Coordinate with pilot and align vessel with load arm during berthing
3. Connect, disconnect and drain load arm before and after cargo operations
4. Carry out ship shore safety check list and periodic checks during cargo operation
5. Test jetty equipment periodically and maintain records
6. Issue work permit and ensure compliance to permit conditions
7. Raise SAP notification for defects of jetty equipment
8. Impart tool box talks to jetty crew and contractor personnel
9. Carry out bunker check of crafts

10. Ensure good housekeeping at berths

Jetty Officer

1. Diploma in Mechanical engineering or equivalent degree awarded by Indian Navy

1. Experience of one year working at liquid cargo terminal
