Monitor and ensure overall budget adherence for a given project/new initiatives through timely communication of deviations
Identify and develop system & process resulting in flawless execution of all Project related commercial activity
Support Business Development teams on all commercial activities by proactively engaging with relevant stakeholders including timely payment of invoices
Work with Business Development team on planning and Periodical and timely management reporting on all aspects of business development operations
Ensuring Pricing & Pricing related compliance including Optimization in coordination with Business Development team
Analysis of decisions with reference to Various pricing alternatives and providing inputs to the business so as to maximise the returns.
Co-ordination with legal team in finalising the projects, NDA, Licensing agreements, Job Work Agreements and other legal documentations.
Co-ordination with all the stake holders like Sales Tax, Exim, Customs in obtaining clearances for smooth functioning of the Business and ensure all compliances.
Ensuring that all the compliances are met with respect to Domestic movements as well as Export movements.
Co-ordination with external agencies in compliance with all Job Work activities relating to the business developments like Relwood etc.,
Co-ordination with AP Team in making all the payments on time to the vendors / consultants.
Ensure confirmation to the various regulatory norms for Accounting and taxation matters
Monitor and enforce compliance in all Petchem Business Development projects

> 10 years of Experience
Good Knowledge of SAP & BIKnowledge in Financial and Cost accounting & Costing PrinciplesGood knowledge of export processGood communication skills Advance skills in Excel & Power point Sharp Analytical & logical thinkingGood Inter personal & Man-management skills .
