.

·         Provide legal support for day to day operations of various businesses.

·         Prepare base drafts for transactions being undertaken by the businesses.

·         Consult with business teams to understand commercial and business issues.

·         Carrying out research on various legal issues, compliance requirements under various laws.

·         Identifying legal, business and commercial risk and communicating the same to business teams.

·         Assisting corporate legal team in transactional work including conducting legal due diligence.

·         LLB

·         2-3 years of relevant post qualification experience with law firm or in house Corporate team.

·         Experience of advisory work in the following areas :

               -   Corporate and Commercial laws

               -   Contract review
