Job Responsibilities :

  • Maintain information on various donor strategies and funding opportunities on the national level, in conjunction with the program coordinators.
  • Identify and engage with institutional partners (including proposal development, submission and closeout)
  • Work with RF Finance, Monitoring and Evaluation Team and Programmatic teams to ensure synergies with the existing programs and compliance of expenditures with reference to agreed funding plan 
  • Ensure alignment between grant proposals, work plan, partner agreements, budgets and reports.
  • Manage all reporting deadlines, develop calendars for report development and coordinate report compilation and review.

Education Requirement :

  • Necessary: Post Graduate Degree in Management/ Development administration/Marketing
  • Desired: Development Sector

Experience Requirement :

  • Necessary: Minimum 5-10 years of social sector experience
  • Desired: Experience of implementing large scale development projects
