1. Support the lead for maintaining the confidential affairs of VVIPs.
2. Booking the guest house and taking care of logistics.
3. Effectively maintaining the pre and post meetings and agendas and special assignments.
4. To coordinate with various stake holders to handle the personal matters of VVIPs.
5. To assist in managing the establishment and maintenance of positive relationships at all levels of government, public services, and other authorities to facilitate communication and help advance the organization#s business interests.
6. To assist and manage the smooth execution under the guidance of lead with government representatives, committees and other regulatory agencies so that the organization#s interests are advanced, whenever needed
7. To assist and manage the smooth execution of organization#s dealings with government agencies and ensure that it is conducted ethically, legally, and according to the organization#s policies and standards.
8. Ensure proper handling of permits, licenses, certificates, authorizations, and other approvals that the organization needs to conduct its business activities; and produce, sell, and distribute its goods and services. These may include product licenses, manufacturing, import and export permits.
9. To participate and assist in monitoring, analysing, and interpretation of developments in government policy on day to day basis
