• Analyze project specifications and requirements to develop accurate and comprehensive cost estimates.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for cost estimation.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and financial constraints.
• Monitor budget performance and identify any variances or discrepancies.
• Prepare regular budget reports and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations for cost optimization.
• Implement and maintain effective cost control procedures to monitor and manage project expenses.
• Track project costs and expenditures, ensuring they remain within approved budget limits.
• Identify and analyze cost variances and recommend corrective actions to mitigate any financial risks.
• Prepare and present financial reports, including cost analysis, budget status, and financial performance metrics.
• Provide accurate and timely financial information to project managers, senior management, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and financial regulations.

• BE/ BTech in Civil / Mechanical
• Professional certifications such as Certified Cost Professional (CCP), Project Management Professional (PMP), Quantity Survey, NICMAR or similar.

•  6 to 10 years experience. Preferably worked in Real Estate Division having knowledge of relevant financial regulations and standards.
