• Ensure consistency of Calculations in all activities of Project costing work for high complexity Projects.
• Support Real Estate Project Control Managers/Cluster Heads from feasibility stage through project execution and close-out.
• Support for Preparing quantity take-offs, Estimation, Billing and Cost reconciliation at every milestone of the lifecycle of the project.
• Support the Cost Control Manager/HOD in managing the documentation needed for presentation to Higher management All level interfaces and optimization of projects schedules vis-a-cost and also project controls team output.
• High light and Risks and changes for Cluster of Projects.
• Understand and study the Scope of works from Drawings, Details and Discussions and ensure accuracy of Costing and integration across E, P & C across projects.
• Review Estimates and support Cost Control managers for all change order management activities.
• Provide support with calculation and analysis in the Process of Risk Assessment and Mitigation and participate in Risk reviews.
• Participate actively in imparting trainings in Boot Camps

• B.E / BTech Civil or Mechanical
• M. Tech will be preferred
• Certification in PMP, MRICS, Indian Institute of Valuers
• Software proficiency in AutoCAD, advance MS Office, viewing and analyzing capability in P6 or MS Projects.

• 12 to 18 years of work experience. Preferably worked on major projects with high rise.
